Networking Opportunities
The FELASA 2025 will be a great occasion to network with colleagues from around the globe. Aside of the daily lunch and coffee breaks we are particularly excited to invite you to our Welcome Reception, Charity Run and the official Congress Evening to meet other delegates and make new, impactful connections.
The Welcome Reception will take place in the Congress Venue at Megaron and will combine the exhibition with the opportunity for some networking outdoors. We have created a programme that embraces the Greek atmosphere. You will have the chance to experience different Greek food specialities with various activities. Culinary specialities will tingle your taste buds while you can connect with fellow FELASA 2025 delegates over fun activities and create long-lasting memories to take home. The Welcome Party is included in the registration fee. If you want to bring a plus one, please confirm this when registering.
We are excited to announce the FELASA Charity Run taking place on Tuesday, 3 June, in Athens.

Distance: 5 km (kilometers) = 3,1 miles
Meeting Point: in front of Zappeion
Registration Fee: EUR 25,–
Your Charity Run Registration includes:
- Participation in the morning run, preceeded by warm-up
- FELASA Charity Run T-Shirt (sizes subject to availability; for late registrations after 18 April, t-shirt availability cannot be guaranteed)
- Refreshments after the run
Get active and contribute to a good cause! 100% of your net registration fee will be donated to Parents’ Association of Children with Cancer.
If you are not a runner, join for a walk in the park.
The Official Congress Evening will take place on Wed, June 4 from 20:00-01:00 at Zappeion.

Your Congress Evening Registration includes a welcome drink and welcome bite, greek specialities from buffet stations, desserts and drinks. Please note that the informal Congress Evening will not be a seated dinner.
