The scientific committee of FELASA 2025 has accepted 361 abstracts as ePosters.
FELASA 2025 is using electronic poster terminals. To give you an insight what to expect from the ePoster terminals used onsite, please have a look at the gallery below.
All accepted and uploaded ePosters for FELASA 2025 will be accessible on ePoster terminals in the ePoster areas in the exhibition on Trianti Balcony (+1) and Banquet Level (-2).

ePoster Awards
Two ePoster Awards, each worth 500€, will be presented during the Closing and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, June 5 at 13:15.
Best ePoster – Jury Award
Selected by the FELASA 2025 Scientific Committee.
To be eligible, ePosters must be uploaded to the system by Monday, May 19.
Best ePoster – Delegates Choice Award
Chosen based on delegates’ ratings via the ePoster terminals and FELASA 2025 Congress App.
ePoster Upload/Submission
All ePoster presenters were contacted by the ePoster Support Team from our partner DocumediaS in early April with all necessary details to upload your ePoster. These include sign-in information for the ePoster platform, technical requirements and a corresponding template.
Please submit your ePoster as a 1-page PowerPoint file in portrait orientation.
- File format: .ppt, .pptx or .pdf
- Aspect ratio: 9:16
- Poster size in cm: 28,562 width x 50,8 height – portrait orientation
You may upload up to two videos to accompany your ePoster. These must be upluaded as separate files and will be shown in a separate tabl in the ePoster System. The ePoster platform will display these videos in a separate tab.
- Video formats: .mp4, .avi
- number of videos: 2
- Sound of embedded videos will be not supported
- max. duration per video: 30 seconds
Further recommendations:
- JPEG or PNG is the preferred file format for inserted images
- For visual effect, we recommend that graphs/pictures/photographs be no smaller than 12cm x 18cm
- Please be mindful of any copyright issues when creating your poster
- Recommended font types: Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman or Arial
- Recommended font sizes: Heading 16-20 points, Content 8-10 points
- Upload a PDF file if you wish to use custom or other fonts
